HY-STANDARD is a privately owned multidiscipline company which operates throughout different sectors of the UK building and property industry.

 

​HY-STANDARD was established with the aim of providing Construction Management services to a small number of large property owners with holdings in the United Kingdom.

 

Over the past two decades the company has grown and diversified its operations and focus to include a collaborative  research and development element with a focus on  sustainability of design and material types within the built environment.

 

HY-STANDARD is retained by a diverse client base made up primarily of Charitable Trusts and owners of large Heritage, Commercial & Industrial property portfolios. 

 

HY-STANDARD has undertaken a large number of conventional and specialist construction and restoration projects of varying scale and complexity in the Heritage, Commercial & Industrial sectors. The knowledge and experience gained from these projects have assisted the company in developing and evolving its modus operandi insuring "best value" and "best practice" projects continue to be delivered.
