Having brought the Anderson Rawden Associates (ARA) business under 

the HY-STANDARD umbrella, the company now  provides a range of consultancy services.

The services provided by HY-STANDARD include Heritage building surveys and various specialist consultation services relating to matters concerning the conservation and sustainability of heritage structures. 

 

HY-STANDARD provides advice on grant funding as well as legislative guidance to cultural heritage stake holders including the Church In Wales diocese and other heritage property owners and managers.

HY-STANDARD undertakes Commercial and Industrial Dilapidations (building condition) surveys and produces reports as well as providing advice and guidance to commercial property owners and tenants.

 

HY-STANDARD provides an Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), service which assists its clients in achieving a final solution to a construction dispute.
