HY-STANDARD is a privately owned specialist multidiscipline Construction Management, Consultancy and Property Development company.

The aim and focus of HY-STANDARD from the outset was to provide Construction Management and Consultancy services to a small number of large property owners with holdings in the United Kingdom.

HY-STANDARD is retained by a diverse client base made up primarily of Charitable Trusts and owners of large Heritage , Commercial & Industrial property portfolios.

HY-STANDARD has ,over many years, undertaken a large number of conventional and specialist construction and restoration projects of varying scale and complexity in the Heritage, Commercial & Industrial sectors. The knowledge and experience gained from these projects have assisted the company in developing and evolving its modus operandi insuring "best value" and "best practice" projects continue to be delivered.

HY-STANDARD is involved in undertaking both independent and collaborative Research and Development (R&D) projects focusing on a wide array of subject matter pertaining to the built environment with a focus on sustainability.
